Below you may find examples of several tools available for all companies registered in BMB. These tools will save your time and increase your efficiency.
Manage your Bookings
Make offers, confirm reservation or send invoices, to your direct clients or to the brokers with just a click of a button.
Implement your Discounts
Add standard discounts (early booking, last minute, long term) and let the system do all calculations for you. Need more? Add promotional discounts for specific dates or periods and stimulate sales exactly when you need it.
Create your team
Add managers to your account to manage bookings, without having access to or being able to change company or bank details.

From Listing to Bookings. Step by step explanation
Fill in username, e-mail, create password and click register. You will receive verification e-mail (within several minutes) to complete your registration. Click on the link in the e-mail and Bingo you have access to your BMB account.
Chose Private or Company Once you logged into the account and complete information in your Profile. Full access to the account will be activated once your profile is completed.
Once profile is completed you will get full access to the menu. Now you can add information about your boats. Pls note, it is mandatory to upload registration documents for all boats listed in BMB.
Location of your boat. Main Base - location where boat stay most time during the year. You add several main bases if the boat is located in different marinas during Summer and Winter time. Optional Base – optional locations where you can pick up clients apart of the main base (main marina). For optional bases you may indicate delivery / redelivery fees if applicable.
Seasons – periods with different prices for the boat rentals. You may create 1 season for the whole year if the price doesn’t change, or as many as you like. Pls note. Seasons are linked to the Main Base. Thus all boats located on this base will have the same seasons (price periods), though prices for each boat within season could be different.
Since you may different bases for different boats you have to link your boats with certain bases to show your clients location of the boat. Pls also indicate check-in date, it could be only Saturday or all seven days of the week.
Once you linked boats to the bases you may add prices. There are 3 different price options: 1) Per week 2) Per day 3) Per hour.
